Our products help you use AI apps (like ChatGPT or Claude) to write messages and documents for your business. AI can be wrong. It can misunderstand you, leave things out, or state something confidently that isn't true.

You are responsible for reading and checking every word before you use or send it: names, dates, times, prices, quantities, scope, terms and anything else. Our rule is "your facts, AI's words": you give the facts, and AI only helps with the wording.

Not professional advice

Nothing in our products, emails or website is: - legal advice, including about contracts, change orders, liens, notices, payment terms, late fees, collections or lien waivers. Lien and payment rules vary by state. Talk to a licensed attorney in your state; - engineering, code, permit, structural or safety advice. Follow your engineer, your inspector, the plans and the codes that apply to your job; - pricing, financial, tax or accounting advice. You set your own prices, deposits and terms.

Our materials don't create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship.

Templates and examples

Templates, sample lines and examples are starting points. They aren't contracts, and they may not meet the requirements of your state, your customer or your job. Change them to fit your business, and have a lawyer review anything legal before you rely on it.

Their names are used only to identify the apps our products work with. Those services have their own terms, limits and privacy policies, and their features and prices can change.

Privacy when using AI

Don't paste private information you don't want stored by an AI service, such as bank details, passwords, customers' private data or your full price book. Check each AI app's privacy settings.
