Refund Policy

The short version

60 days. No questions asked. If any product isn't for you, for any reason, email support@foremanfiles.com within 60 days of your purchase and say "refund." You'll get every penny back.

• The Foreman Assistant (order add-on)
• The Bid, Change-Order & Collections Pack (one-time add-on)

You can get a refund for one product or for your whole order. Just tell us which.

How it works

1. Email support@foremanfiles.com from the email you bought with (or tell us that email) and say "refund."
2. We reply within 12 hours and refund the payment to the card or method you paid with.
3. Your bank or card company usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. [TBD: confirm against the Stripe and Votel refund process after the test refund]

You don't have to explain why, send anything back, or delete files to qualify. We just ask that you stop using the products after a refund.

After 60 days

Purchases older than 60 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If something is broken or a file won't open, email us any time and we'll fix it or send it again.

Chargebacks

Please email us first. A refund is faster and simpler for you than a card dispute.
